Great experience at Melbourne store on two occasions. Love the shoes. Bad experience at new store Castle Hill NSW when usually they are great. Depends on the day I guess.

I bought a pair of black runners for $79 that I used for work for 4 months but returned them a week ago due to the pair falling apart at the front. I went back to a different store (Elizabeth Street) and they were happy to change them but was told that I would have pay the difference for a new pair at my own cost due to the shoes I had were no longer being made and the runners they were selling weren't as cheap. I was in need of a pair due to work coming up on the weekend and disappointingly I was forced to pay $20.99 extra for a pair of shoes that were the WRONG size. Upon returning them, I got a size down, fitted much better but this time the memory foam on the inside was cut differently from each other. I was now coming back for the fourth time but this time I now needed to wait for another pair of size 7's to arrive to the store I have been dealing with. This meant I had no shoes for work and I am still currently waiting. It's been nearly a week of waiting and I need the shoes this coming weekend. If something happens, I will be demanding a refund of $99.99 so I can get decent shoes from another brand. Will never buy shoes from Skechers again !!
This shop has a great energy and very efficient. I had such a fabulous experience with Justin who helped me find exactly what I needed in no time at all. I will definitely be back.
