Unethical and fraudulent. Wastes consumers' time by not removing listings from Real Commercial long after they've been leased. Tom from their office thinks it's funny to have genuine clients in the market waste their time calling him chasing property that are no longer available. They falsely blame Real Commercial for this, claiming that it is the website preventing them from removing listings. However, that is a lie and Real Commercial told me this behavior is a breach of their terms
They are too busy to answer one more question during a call.
I applied for a job with JLL on the 19th of September, 2018.Over the next 7 weeks, I made 6 follow-up courtesy calls and sent several emails. JLL advised me to send their HR people an email, which was fair enough - except I sent THREE emails, and they were never answered.On the 5th of November, someone FINALLY deigned to answer my call - after I was hung up on - three times - and told me that I didnt get the job. (I didn't care by then. How much effort would it have taken to reply to my emails?)So congratulations, JLL, for showing me how lazy and incompetent you are. The final insult was when the receptionist encouraged to apply again. Why should I? So you can ignore me again? Id give you 0 stars if I could.Here's a little tip, JLL: communication is a two-way street. You've ignored me and treated me with contempt. If you treat your customers the same way, don't be surprised when you go out of business.
