No Customer Service especially staff dealing with Mortgage Settlements, Rude and money oriented. Gaden staff will Put all blame on Conveyencer and customers. Ruined my contract for $450. Treat customer as defaulter and no respect. When i posted this within 24 hours they became good to save their reputation. Gaden lawyers withdraw extra charges and fees.
Paperwork for the settlement was not processed in timely fashion. There have been major delays in processing the paperwork. When you follow them up they do not respond till the issue is escalated. My settlement has been delayed twice. Not work the money they charge for organizing the paperwork. Most stressful and unhelpful experience ever.

Pretty poor. Asked for payout figure of mortgage 3 times. Oh your case manager is out to lunch call back. Hangs up. Ended up speaking with the bank and was solved on 73 seconds. Gadens don't give a toss. They've got the contract with the banks so why would they care about you. I am paying off my mortgage and get treated like I have not ever made a repayment on the loan. I think debt collection agencies are more professional than these guys.
Extremely helpful and efficient, even we are not their client directly. Gadens was the solicitor of our home loan bank. During the whole process before settlement, our solicitor is so unhelpful, unprofessional. Thanks to Gadens pushed my solicitor to work so that we met the settlement day. Even after the settlement, the member from Gadens also helped us to get the stamp duty reduction refund which was a drama caused by our solicitor. Not sure about others' experience, but I would give Gadens a unreserved five-star.
