This is my most favourite Department Store and one of my most favourite shops overall. David Jones stocks all the best brands and products ranging from clothing to footwear to homeware and even food for the home. The store is beautiful and so are the staff.
YVES SAINT LAURENT STORE.Shocking customer service, rude and disrespectful. Took my bag in for repair because the chain was faulty. Got told off by two team members for not picking up my phone when they called me several times to let me know my bag was ready for pick up. I was looked down as a YSL customer just because I purchased my bag on sale and not full price. The person working at the store at the time even had the audacity to point this out when I put forward the request to repair my bag. He even tried to suggest it was my own fault the chain was broken. The whole idea of buying luxury goods is to have a seamless experience from the minute you step foot into store, to taking home a beautiful product. The people working here have completely missed the mark of what it means to run a luxury goods store. David Jones, please do something about this as they are tarnishing your otherwise fantastic shopping experience.
Its been years since I went into DJ in the city. Loved the layout. Staff were friendly and guided us to where we needed. I will come back
I love a store that sells quality products. The store is organised and has a great selection for myself, hubby and the kids. Also has the best coffee! Bank balance is a little bruised after our almost 3hr visit but you get what you pay for.
80% of my online orders could not be fulfilled. What's worse, they contacted me after promised delivery. Click and Collect staff member cannot either find my items or greet me while doing god knows what on their computer. They did greet and acknowledge white customers coming after me. Online shopping internationally is cheaper and faster. No joke.
