I have the highest regard for the quality if the staff and their commitment to Lexus quality. I recently purchased a RX350 from Sydney Lexus and as I live in Melbourne they recommended that I see City Lexus in Melbourne to check my concerns regarding brake performance under warranty. All I can say is that all telephone and in person dealings were excellent and of the highest professional standards. I cannot recommend them enough. well done.

I was looking for an upmarket suv. Lexus was on my shortlist. I initially dealt with nick. He was very friendly and helpful and I felt like I should buy a Lexus just based on how good he was (not pushy etc etc).Then I made the mistake of going in, on a day when nick was on a day off. I got the rudest guy (I didnt catch his name sadly) but he was so rude. I perhaps dont look like I can afford a brand new Lexus - but appearances can be deceptive - I would have probably been the richest person in that day - so I thought, do you what, youve just blown it Lexus. You dont want to sell to me. Fine! Plenty of other car dealerships who want my money. Bye!
The service! I needed my 75k service done, and I'm so happy I chose Lexus City. The whole experience was so smooth and easy, even though I was concerned about how will it go, due to some circumstances.I especially would like to thank Ric Boscato for his kindness, help, understanding. I highly appreciated the whole experience. The replacement car was also very beautiful, it was a delight to drive it. He explained about the service itself, also the results, etc, and listened to my concerns. I got back my car in time and it was detail cleaned, tyre shine, I think even waxed, because it is so shiny and beautiful. It is definitely true, what is on the business card's back "Arrive as a customer, leave as a friend! " Thank you for all, we will definitely stay your customers in the future !
