Been here many times. As always on a weekend it was busy. Very busy. Loud vibrant and interesting. The weather made the scenery spectacular. The food was as always delicious and while it was very busy we didnt have to wait that long. Well worth a visit.
Great place, only downstairs pontoon bar does pizza. Manager upstairs is totally cool with you bringing pizza from downstairs up though. Good bloke.
This place can be very busy at times especially after work, so much so that getting a seat can be tricky. The selection of beers, wines and cocktails is pretty good and I couldn't complain about the staff. I haven't had much food but it always looks good. It is one of the better places to drink on the Yarra but does come at the normal prices!
We went for Christmas lunch, it was absolutely amazing! Beautiful food, lovely staff, amazing views! The food was a little slow but when you're feeding a whole lot of people on Christmas day we were happy to enjoy the unlimited drinks while we waited!
This place is normally very busy in the weekends. Be prepared to stand because there isn't any available place to sit. Try booking ahead or coming early if you want to sit. Also be prepared to wait for your food. The location is absolutely fantastic so it's very popular for both the locals and tourists. A good place to hang out this summer.
