Shameful. After five months my taxes remain uncompleted. No repsonse to telephone calls, emails and pop up visits to the office where my accountant was never in her office. No appologies, just excuses when I insisted on the return of my reciepts and told them to forget about it. Took it to another accountant who finished it almost immediately at half the price, though I face over $2,000 in late feesfrom the ATO now. Save yourself the worry and hassle, stay away from these shiesters! Don't believe anything they say.
